Online consultations are a new concept in health care
that utilizes the Internet to improve patient access
to physician care. The patient does not receive a traditional
physical exam by the physician, but rather completes
an online questionnaire prepared by medical professionals
and communicates with the physician using our secure
online communication tool. Although online consultations
will never take the place of traditional medicine, they
do provide a means for patients to receive treatment
for a limited number of conditions that, in certain
circumstances, may not require a physical exam.
All medications are obtained from a legitimate pharmaceutical
wholesaler or directly from the manufacturer; you can
be sure that you are receiving high quality medication.
In developing this new Internet medium for the delivery
of health care services, our organization is committed

therefore only a limited number of medications are offered.

Are Your Shipping Rates & Policies? |
Overnight Shipping.
Upon physician’s approval, the prescription will be
forwarded to a pharmacy where it will be filled and
shipped to you via FedEx for next day delivery. Your
prescription will include information explaining the
usage, dose, and precautionary information for your
medication. You will also receive contact information
for the pharmacist in case you have any questions after
you receive your medication.
FedEx Next Day Air is $18 (U.S. orders only).
An adult signature is required at time of delivery.
Due to Federal Law, prescription medication cannot be
left at the door.
You must be present at time of delivery. You will be
liable to a $10.00 surcharge; which will be billed to
your credit card for any re-delivery attempts made by
FedEx or undeliverable address provided by you.

Does A Pharmacy Ship Orders? |
The pharmacy will not process prescription orders on
Sundays. Orders placed after 11:00 am Eastern
Standard Time on Saturdays, will be reviewed by the
physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday.

There A Cancellation Policy? |
You may cancel your order before the physician
reviews it by calling our customer care representatives
at 1.866.372-7478.
Unfortunately, You cannot cancel a request once the
physician has reviewed it.
